With over 15 years of success and experience in the fitness industry, serving Brampton and the G.T.A; I've motivated my clients to succeed and reach their personal fitness goals, using an array of fitness equipment, such as resistance bands, free weights, kettlebells, machines, medicine balls, Gymsticks, and Exercise Balls.
